“We are not what happened to us, we are what we wish to become.” Carl Jung
My passion and purpose is helping individuals heal their wounding and trauma; to no long need to maladaptive behavious or substances, and to live to their full potential.
As a psychotherapist, I provide a space where you can explore, understand, and address the challenges you face. I am committed to offering the very best psychotherapeutic approaches, tailored to each individual or couple. Together, we will work to understand the root causes of your struggles, build resilience, and develop practical strategies for lasting change and growth.
My goal is to support you on a path toward a more fulfilling and balanced life, always respecting your unique journey and individual needs.
“Wholeness is not achieved by cutting off a portion of one’s being, but by integration of the contraries” Carl Jung

Online-therapy
Appointments can be arranged via Zoom to suit busy work or travel schedules. Zoom offers the greatest level of security and does not diminish the personal, empathic relationship, which is the foundation of effective psychotherapy. Zoom works equally well for couples or individuals.

ABOUT ME
Rebecca has extensive experience supporting clients with patterns of behaviour that may feel difficult to change, including challenges around control, impulse and self regulation. She works with individuals who feel caught in repetitive cycles such as overworking, overexercising or struggling to maintain balance in their relationships, wellbeing or daily life.
She also supports clients who experience challenges with food, body image or self esteem, helping them understand the emotional roots of these patterns and develop a healthier relationship with themselves.
In addition, Rebecca works with individuals facing stress, self doubt or feelings of low self worth. Difficulties in forming or maintaining relationships, or concerns related to intimacy and sexuality, are also common themes that bring clients to therapy. Many people also come for support with broader emotional experiences such as anxiety, burnout or low mood.
As a fully trained Relationship Psychotherapist, Rebecca works with both individuals and couples to explore the deeper dynamics that shape intimate relationships. Her approach is supportive yet change oriented, helping clients gain insight, improve communication and strengthen connection.
Rebecca tailors her work to each client or couple’s unique needs, drawing from integrative, psychodynamic, client centred and compassion focused approaches as well as Internal Family Systems. Her goal is to create a supportive, encouraging space that fosters understanding and meaningful growth.
